• Showing 5+ years of professional success in an IT strategy consulting firm, high-performing IT department, technology company, a technology-leveraged business, or managing large IT projects
  
• Having 2+ years of experience as a Digital/Information/Data/Transformation Officer or Lead Enterprise Architect in enterprises with 100+ employees
  
• Certified in COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL, or Zachman
  
• Successfully collaborating with business development team members and strategic partners to identify complex customer solutions from requirements
  
• Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, including roles such as Solution Consultant, Digital Strategist, Enterprise Consultant, or Enterprise Solution Manager
  
• Bringing the client's vision to life through solutions delivered on time and budget, and exceeding customer expectations
  
• Possessing excellent business acumen to understand formal and informal organizational structures, assess risk, and contribute to strategy formulation
  
• Experienced in governing corporate IT, including portfolio management, risk management, compliance management, and audit
  
• Understanding enterprise architecture frameworks
  
• Showing a concept of data governance practices
  
• Demonstrating expertise in change management
  
• Communicating freely in English to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Provide technical subject-matter expertise at a consultant/advisor level in multidisciplinary sales teams
  
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content and digital strategy vision aligned with SoftServe's strategy and functional practices
  
• Actively promote SoftServe's capabilities, services, and successes in digital product and solution development
  
• Represent the capabilities of various Centers of Excellence and direct unique technical challenges to the appropriate resources
  
• Manage, lead, and coordinate project and technical teams including SoftServe, client, and partner members
  
• Aid in researching and developing new services, products, and markets for SoftServe
  
• Contribute to and ideate in large, ambiguous enterprise technical presales projects
  
• Maintain a professional and authoritative presence in client settings
  
• Cooperate with and coordinate prospective and existing clients to understand their business strategy, objectives, transformation initiatives, business requirements, and technology infrastructure; propose technology solutions aligned with their strategy
  
• Identify and propose technology solutions not already envisioned by clients and suggest business process improvements
  
• Define and document the business cases for proposed solutions
  
• Own the vision and scope of proposed solutions, including obtaining sign-off from all stakeholders
  
• Foster trust with key client management and stakeholders to gain advisory status and approval for recommendations
  
• Act as the customer's advocate to drive the solution vision with product owners and managers, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations
  
• Understand formal and informal organizational structures, assess risk, contribute to strategy formulation, structure KPIs and OKRs, and identify ways to improve business processes and operations

a. Administratorem danych osobowych Klienta jest SoftServe Poland sp. z o.o. Jaworska 11-13,

b. Dane osobowe Klienta przetwarzane będą zgodnie z przepisami dotyczącymi ochrony danych osobowych, wdrożoną Polityką prywatności, w zakresie i celu niezbędnym do nawiązania, ukształtowania treści umowy, zmiany bądź jej rozwiązania oraz prawidłowej realizacji usług, w zakresie i celu niezbędnym do wypełnienia uzasadnionych interesów (prawnie usprawiedliwionych celów), a przetwarzanie nie narusza praw i wolności osoby, której dane dotyczą, jak również w zakresie i celu zgodnym ze zgodą wyrażoną przez Klienta.

c. Odbiorcami danych osobowych Klienta będą podmioty świadczące usługi księgowe, informatyczne, marketingowe, analityczne, prawne.

d. Dane osobowe Klienta nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.

e. Dane osobowe Klienta będą przechowywane przez okres wykonania umowy, a po jej wykonaniu lub cofnięciu zgody tylko w zakresie na potrzeby dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń przed sądem lub jeżeli przepisy krajowe albo unijne bądź prawa międzynarodowego obligują Administratora do retencji danych. Administrator ma prawo udostępniać dane osobowe Klienta podmiotom upoważnionym na podstawie właściwych przepisów prawa (np. organom ścigania).

f. Klient posiada prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania.

g. Klient ma prawo wniesienia skargi do Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, gdy uzna, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych dotyczących Kupującego narusza przepisy RODO

h. Podanie przez Klienta danych osobowych jest warunkiem zawarcia umowy. Klient jest zobowiązany do ich podania, a konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie brak możliwości zawarcia i wykonania umowy.

i. Dane osobowe Klienta nie będą przetwarzane w sposób zautomatyzowany w tym w formie profilowania.

j. Administrator wdrożył pseudonimizację, szyfrowanie danych oraz wprowadził kontrolę dostępu dzięki czemu minimalizuje skutki ewentualnego naruszenia bezpieczeństwa danych. Dane osobowe przetwarzają osoby wyłącznie upoważnione przez administratora albo przetwarzający, z którymi administrator ściśle współpracuje.

ZGODA NA PRZETWARZANIE DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych przez  SoftServe Poland sp. z o.o. Jaworska 11-13,
53-612 Wrocław 5222987736  530921969 zawartych w załączonych dokumentach aplikacyjnych (w tym wizerunku), na potrzeby bieżącej rekrutacji. Zgoda jest dobrowolna i może być w każdym czasie wycofana. Dodatkowo wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych zawartych w załączonych dokumentach aplikacyjnych (w tym wizerunku), na potrzeby przyszłych rekrutacji przez okres 12 miesięcy. Zgoda jest dobrowolna i może być w każdym czasie wycofana.
